MCGATE is a gifted education advocacy group made up of educators, parents, students, and other interested persons or groups that focuses on public policy and educational practices that may affect the successful education of gifted, talented, and highly able students in Pre-K through grade 12 including those students who may be identified as gifted with special learning needs.
